Ako chrániť práva zamestnanca v prípade konfliktu so zamestnávateľom? Takúto a podobné otázky si kladieme v rámci série konferencií "Kultúra sveta práce", ktorú spoločne s Labour Law Association úspešne organizujeme už niekoľko rokov.
Dňa 20. 10. 2017 sa v priestoroch Právnickej fakulty Univerzity P. J. Na vedeckej konferencii sa zúčastnili zástupcovia sociálnych partnerov, akademickej obce i inšpekcie práce. Na konferencii bola taktiež predstavená nová publikácia o kolektívnych pracovnoprávnych vzťahoch, ktorú si môžete bezplatne stiahnuť cez odkaz v prílohe.
