Pred začiatkom leta sa nám podaril urobiť dôležitý krok smerom k cieľu nášho tohtoročného projektu na podporu výstavby nájomného bývania na Slovensku.
Po diskusiách s odborníkmi z Viedne a Českej republiky a návšteve rakúskeho mesta Sankt Pölten sme v rámci 3. stretnutia pracovnej skupiny odborníkov na bytovú výstavbu za spoločný stôl dostali silnú zostavu inštitúcií a ich zástupcov a intenzívne diskutovali o pracovnom materiály, konkrétnych návrhoch legislatívnych a iných zmien, ktoré by viedli k zintenzívneniu výstavby nájomných, cenovo dostupnejších bytov na Slovensku.
V trojhodinovej diskusii k trom tematickým blokom: verejné nájomné bývanie, súkromné nájomné bývanie a neziskové nájomné bývanie, vystúpili s príspevkami zástupcovia Ministerstva dopravy a výstavby SR, Inštitútu finančnej politiky MF SR, Združenia miest a obcí Slovenska, hlavného mesta SR Bratislavy, z finančných inštitúcií, ako aj z akademického aj občianskeho sektoru, aktívneho v oblasti bytovej problematiky.
Konkrétny cieľ nášho projektu, vypracovanie a predloženie zoznamu návrhov konkrétnych opatrení - legislatívnych, administratívnych a iných úprav, ktoré zvýšia intenzitu výstavby nájomného bývania tak postupne získava konkrétnu podobu. Po finálnych úpravách materiálu v rámci našej odbornej pracovnej skupiny bude tento na jeseň prezentovaný politickým a vládnym predstaviteľom.
