Jednou z hlavných tém online seminára boli legislatívne zmeny na Slovensku, ktoré ovplyvnia postavenie odborov a zamestnancov. Nové neštandardné formy zamestnania, digitalizácia, či presun práce na home-office ako širšie trendy a ich vplyvy na zamestnancov a odbory.
Na online seminári organizovanom FES, zastúpenie v SR v spolupráci s portálom euractiv.sk sa hostia pani Monika Uhlerová (KOZ SR), pán Jozef Toman (MPSVR SR, LLA) a pán Marek Švec (PRF UMB, LLA) zaoberali otázkami: Ako ovplyvnia postavenie odborov a zamestnancov prebiehajúce legislatívne zmeny a do akej miery sa do ich prípravy zapojili odbory? Čo je účelom týchto legislatívnych zmien a aká by mala byť úloha štátu v sociálnom dialógu? Do akej miery je slovenská legislatíva pripravená na zmeny trhu práce súvisiace s digitalizáciou, automatizáciou a pod.? Prebieha medzi sociálnymi partnermi diskusia ako na tieto zmeny reagovať?
Diskutujúci sa dotkli aj problému klesajúcej odborovej organizovanosti na Slovensku, čo to znamená pre budúcnosť tripartity a či by mali byť do sociálneho dialógu zahrnuté aj iné organizácie a aké sú výhody a riziká.
Aktuálna situácia na Slovensku si vyžiadala aj zmeny v organizácii práce, ako sú nové formy kontraktov či práca z domu a podobne. Dôležitou otázkou diskusie bolo ako sú slovenské odbory pripravené na tieto zmeny a ako sú na tom v porovnaní s odbormi inde v Európe.
